Yes, I worked with a representative throughout the process and she responded quickly (during her business hours) and was very helpful. There were no issues here whatsoever. Factory photos were sent to me as soon as my dolls left the factory. Again, 10/10 I would expect them to respond during normal business hours in the US time zone, but they tend to respond late at night, like 3rd shift. But I don’t think that affects their reviews because it’s just business.
